Fannatickets Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility


Tickets purchased through our platform are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. The Event Organizer has allowed refunds on their event, and that the date to request a refund has not passed.
  2. The event was canceled by the organizer.
  3. The event is rescheduled, and the ticket holder is unable to attend the new date.
  4. In cases of unforeseen circumstances preventing the ticket holder from attending the event (subject to review and approval by our customer service team).


Refund Process

To request a refund, ticket holders must contact the event organizer, who will in turn submit a refund request to us.


In case of a canceled or rescheduled event, a refund request must be made  within 48 hours of the event cancellation or rescheduling.


Approved Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Refund Exceptions


No refunds will be issued for tickets that have been used to gain entry to the event.


Processing fees and any applicable service charges are non-refundable.


Refunds will not be provided for tickets purchased through third-party vendors or resale platforms.


Ticket Transfers


Ticket holders may request to transfer their tickets to another individual if they are unable to attend the event. Such requests must be made within 48 hours prior to the event date.


Event Cancellation or Rescheduling


In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified via email or through our platform's communication channels.


Fannatickets is not responsible for any costs incurred by ticket holders beyond the ticket purchase price, such as travel or accommodation expenses.


Organizer Responsibility


Organizers are responsible for promptly responding to ticket holders when a refund request is made, and must request that Fannatickets processes the refund within 24 hours after the Organizer has approved the refund.


Organizers are responsible for setting their own Refund Policy on each event. Ticket purchasers are subject to the refund policy posted on the event for which they are purchasing tickets. Once an event is published, the Refund Policy can be changed, but only to a less restrictive policy.


Policy Updates


We reserve the right to update or modify this return policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or platform.
