WHEN AND WHERE DID YOUR LOVE OF MUSIC FORM?

My dad played in bands in Northern Ireland when I was a young kid, and then when we moved to Canada, so that always stuck with me. I think I got into music myself around 13 or 14, but I always listened to the radio, AM top 40 (disco basically) when I was growing up.

WHAT WAS THE FIRST CONCERT YOU WENT TO?

Iron Maiden, World Slavery Tour

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST “BIG SHOW”? OR YOUR FIRST SHOW EVER?

First big show for me personally would have been something with my other band Sloan. Fuzzed Out have only played twice so far, so maybe this show will be the biggest?

My first show ever was in a parking lot outside a music store in Bedford NS in 1986/7. We did Maiden covers. (See above)

WHAT WAS YOUR WORST SHOW OR FUNNIEST SHOW MEMORY?

As I said, this is our 3rd show, so ask me after we play.

WHAT’S NEXT FOR YOUR BAND?

Playing more shows. We play a couple coming up as a full band, and I'm doing a handful of shows solo with Vancouver's New Age Doom. Then the world. Or record.
