TORONTO PUNKS DRAGGED IN ANSWER FIVE QUESTIONS
By Ben Rispin @benrispin - April 2024
Dragged In Plays Vertagogo in Hamilton Friday April 26th
I first booked Dragged In a bunch of years ago when I was booking for Club Absinthe in Hamilton. They were electric, heavy and in your face. The sound visited the highlights of older hardcore bands I grew up on in the 80s and 90s but still managed to sound fresh.

I followed the band for years and eventually became friends with the members. I've even gone on vacation twice with guitarist Marty Poulin. I've come to rely on his passion for new music as hes a few years younger, and a great resource for new music no matter the genre. Marty has also become resident DJ at all of our hangs. A job I'm glad he likes because he's fabulous at it.
However, the whole band is incredible. Patty the singer is legitimately one of my favourite front men of all time. He inspired me to want to play live again, something few singers can do at my age. - Ben
BIO:
Decades long ranch aficionados Dragged In have been leaders in the dressings scene since before the turn of the century. Their signature secret blend of herbs and spices has gathered a ravenous and passionate following since their inception. Their current blend consists of Bruce on drums, semi-famous Newf Patty on the mic, the Royal Canadian Military’s most prominent musician Dave on bass, some ghost named Cox on guitar and the Queen St W heartthrob Marty on lead guitar. Dragged In have released several popular products to date that you can find at any salad bar worth its salt.
