FIVE QUESTIONS WITH CALLUM AND NICK OF CATASTROPHIC HEMORRHAGE

WHEN AND WHERE DID YOUR LOVE OF MUSIC FORM?

Callum: I have always been a vocal kid, teen & adult. ADHD and the outdoors were my jams growing up. Playing guitar on rainy days.

Nick:  I think my general love for music comes from my mom and dad always having music on and when I was at my uncles he would play all the old school classic metal tracks

WHAT WAS THE FIRST CONCERT YOU WENT TO?

Callum:  I attended "weird" Al Yankovic in Brantford March 30th 1995 and it exploded my brain.

Nick: First real concert I ever attended was Metallica and Godsmack in London

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST “BIG SHOW”? OR YOUR FIRST SHOW EVER?

Callum:  Probably when Ending Tyranny opened for Summer Slaughter in Hamilton on August 6th 2015. Easily 500 people there when we opened the show. Much excite.

Nick: .my first gig ever was with a band called plague campaign my very first band we where still in high school we opened for ARISE AND RUIN at the shades of green in Woodstock, Ontario

WHAT WAS YOUR WORST SHOW OR FUNNIEST SHOW MEMORY?

Callum: Worst show - I got blackout drunk and fell off the stage with Ending Tyranny Funniest - we played Woodstock with the misguided aggression boys and we refused to take our pyjamas off. But there are so many funny times from back then. It's hard to decide

Nick: We went to see Machine Head and Suicide Silence opened I remember drinking a little to much and not remembering as much of the show as I should have. That would be the last time I’d see Mitch Lucker live

WHAT’S NEXT FOR YOUR BAND?

Callum: We're headed to Goodrich, Ontario to record a 6 song EP with the Wizard himself, Thomas Ireland from Ice House Studios. This Friday July 5th. New music, new merch, new shows. We want to continue making disgusting toilet noises over blast beats and heavy guitars.

Nick: CATASTROPHIC HEMORRHAGE will be hitting the studio July 5th and we will have our EP out shortly after! Thanks this was fun!
