Thunder Queens

Thunder Queens are a power-trio beyond their years from London, Ontario. They formed in 2019 and released their first EP in January 2020. Their sound ranges produce a powerful and enthralling sound by fusing melodic rock with the abrasiveness of punk. Every aspect of their music from the resounding percussion rhythms, scorching guitar riffs, and thunderous bass lines adds to the electrifying environment they produce. Thunder Queens draw inspiration for their pop-punk anthems and sludgy riff-rock from Starcrawler, Sleater Kinney, and Black Sabbath. The lyrics they write include social commentary and self-reflection expressing the frustrations and aspirations of their generation and growing up. On the cusp of high school, their debut LP will be released Spring 2024 with an explosive, feminist, and youthful perspective that will heal your inner teenager.
