The Neo Lux is a passionate skate punk band that strives to create an authentic musical experience. Comprised of Ray Tombran on guitar and vocals, David Ivanov on guitar, Andrew Fontain on guitars, Derek Joson on drums, and Darran Malcolm on bass, they come together to form a cohesive unit of musical talent.

The Neo Lux draws inspiration from the influences of 80s rock ‘n’ roll, 90s punk, 2000s emo/hardcore, and classic skate punk. By blending these diverse elements, they aim to bring forth a fresh and captivating sound that resonates with listeners.

The band’s songwriting is driven by a desire to craft anthems that connect with the young at heart while paying tribute to the bands that have shaped their own musical journeys. They find inspiration from the scene they grew up in, great local bands like Grade, Boys Night Out, Alexisonfire, Moneen, the hardcore/punk scenes of California & New York, and of course their previous/current band TheFullBlast. The Neo Lux infuses their compositions with infectious energy and a genuine punk rock spirit. Their goal is to create a varied collection of songs that transcend specific styles, while staying true to the core essence of rock ‘n’ roll.
